CHAPTER 11, PAGE 1

Everything is by comparison,

Both the bitter and the sweet,

And it takes a bit of both of them

To make our lives complete.

Helen Steiner Rice

GOOD MORNING !

Another new month and another chapter in my book. The days are flying by and it wont’ be long before the Holidays are here.

As we move into November there is a sense of time slipping by very quickly. This changeover of months is always a good time to lift our heads for a quick review. We're so busy doing what's near at hand that we often let the essentials slip through us.

Today I’m thankful for all events in my life: sorrows and joys, failures and successes, the valleys and the mountains --.Without which I wouldn’t be the person I am. I pray for those that suffering from the disappointments in life that they can leave them in the past where they belong and move on with the hope of a brighter day.

THOUGHT FOR TODAY

The more you count your blessings, the more blessings are bestowed upon you. If you don't believe me, just try it and see what happens.

May your day be blessed with a few SMILES and lots of SUNSHINE to warm your heart !

Your November purse is very beautiful! I got a new one too but not as pretty as yours. I ended up using one purse for 3 months this summer and then the other day I gave 4 purses to St Vincent depaul. I decided I have too many now... lol its fun to get new ones isn't it.... Sandra

Hi there.  Hope you hump day is good.  I always think of you on Wednesday's ---several times a day...as I know you are thinking it's over the hump day!!!!
So neat we can take our journal buddies with us in our heart and spirit wherever we are.  That is a blessing in itself.  See you did not know that you were at the Envelope plant in spirit today did you?  LOL.
On lunch and doing benefit meetings today - 4 of them.
I like your NOVEMBER purse.  I ran out of time on the weekend due to so much going on...I'll have to change mine out this weekend.  Have to figure out what I can't carry on the plane this weekend too when packing for next week's trip to Dallas.
Take care.
