OVER THE HUMP DAY !

  This morning we woke up through no power of our own,

The Lord walks with us, the Lord talks with us and we are never alone.

It is our chance today to give Him the praise,

It is our chance today to acknowledge Him in our ways.

It is our chance today to please Him,

It is our chance today to leave behind a life of sin.

It is our chance today to know His grace,

It is our chance today to seek His face.

It is our chance today to uplift and fill our minds,

It is our chance today to be a good neighbor and to be kind.

It is our chance to surrender to the Lord, and ask Him to lead and guide you along the way,

When we woke up, we rose to a blessing, and to enjoy each moment is our choice today

     GOOD MORNING  

 

 Long day ahead and lots to do today !  One of my bosses (I only have 2) is on vacation and the other is taking a day off for a golf tournament !  That leaves me in the office - a long 10 hour day !  Of course, we do have men working for us out in the field, but I won't see any of them...  

Our monthly dulcimer get together was supposed to have been last night, but it got cancelled til next Tuesday!  That's just as well, as I'm still trying to catch up on sleep I missed out on ! 

The painter didn't work at all today on the house...yet he said he should be finished by the end of the week!  I'm ready for him to be FINISHED!!!  

 After all the excitement of the wedding, my daily news doesn't seem very interesting, but I do enjoy 'ordinary' days !  I don't think my ole body is up to excitement all the time.
