Relax

It’ll come together

God has everything

Under Control

Be still, and know that I am God… Psalm 46:10

Intentions

Whatever you intend with the whole of your being cannot help but come about in your life. Your authentic intentions form a magnificent pathway upon which are countless opportunities to discover and create richness and fulfillment.

Relax your mind and get beyond the noise of worries, frustrations, strife and conflict. In that powerful, peaceful place you can connect to the pure energy of your most sincere intentions.

Intentions are not mere wishes for things that might seem desirable only in the limited context of the moment. Truly powerful intentions come from deep within your most profound and sincere sense of purpose.

Look at life not from a perspective of fear, for fear will drain all the energy from your intentions. Look at life from a perspective of love.

Continually live in gratitude for what is, and you give real power to your intentions for what can be. Give your best to each moment, and your intentions benefit fully from your efforts.

Align your intentions with your most deeply held values and purpose. And those intentions will surely become real.

Ralph Marston

GOOD MORNING !

Here we are the end of another chapter in my book. I hope some of the words I’ve entered here have helped you and that you are taking time out to RELAX. Each moment of each day is so important that we don’t want to miss out on any of them for sure.

I do believe that our dear Lord has everything in control. Things that happen have a reason and most of the time we’ll never know what it was, but there is a plan for each and everyone of us.

Faith and trust are two of the most valuable things we can possess. With faith that we are in the care of the great Lord of all, we can trust that things will work out for the best. With faith and trust we can put our worries aside and enjoy each day and all it brings.

Relaxing and resting in the moment without any stress of what the future may bring. A brand new chapter will begin tomorrow and I look forward to what it might hold, but today I will CHILLAX and appreciate it to the fullest.

THOUGHT FOR TODAY

You cannot pull people uphill who do not want to go, you can only point up.

Amy Carmichael

Not everyone agrees with our viewpoints or our approach to certain things. We would like everyone to go with our own ideas but people do have different and varied viewpoints that need to be respected. We can only put forward our own viewpoint or ideas. We can't force them on anyone…

May your summer months

be joyous and fun…

And above all,

blessed with love,

Ma

A LITTLE STORY FOR YOU TODAY…

A Shoe For All Occasions

She liked to walk, so she walked.

From years of walking, the bottoms of her feet

had become hard and leathery.

Even so, there were places she

could not go-where the stones

were too sharp or the sand too hot.

She came across another who wore

curious things on his feet that allowed

traversing of the forbidden zones.

So, she fashioned shoes of her own

and ventured into unfamiliar territory.

The further she walked, the colder it got.

It began to snow,

which made travel exceedingly difficult.

She had an idea. With larger extended

versions of her shoes, she discovered

that she could move across

the surface without sinking. So she moved on.

Eventually, she came to the edge of a large ocean,

and try as she might, she could not get

her shoes to prevent her from sinking.

She could go no further.

As she reflected on this circumstance,

she realized that she no longer knew

where she had come from of where she was going.

So she returned to the snow and

walked around because she liked to walk.

Others came and went,

but none could walk on the snow

as easily and as gracefully as she.

She was content. Then one day,

the snow began to melt and

the grass began to grow.

Soon there was a rich carpet of green.

Her shoes hindered her movements,

so she took them off.

But the bottoms of her feet were

now soft and sensitive,

and the grass tickled her toes.

She reached down to feel the grass with her hands.

She lay down to smell the sweetness

and she rolled on her back.

For the first time, she looked up to see the sky

and she wondered "had it been there all along?".

GOOD EVENING !

The Story above and the poem below are a little lengthy but I hope you take time out and read them. They offer some really good thoughts that we could all benefit from.

I’ve so much to tell about the weekend that I’d run out of room here for sure. I hope the pictures show the love and excitement of having two of my sons and their families join us for vacation at the campground.

Come Wednesday evening of this week I’ll head back to the campsite to join them again and by Friday all of my babes and their families will be there. It will be a grand celebration.

The dear Lord has truly blessed me with my family and I’m so thankful that we are able to be together . Time is short and we don’t know for sure when we’ll be able to do this again.

A BIG THOUGHT FOR TODAY

I Listen

by Chuck Roper

I Listen to the trees, and they say:

"Stand tall and yield. Be tolerant and flexible.

Be true to yourself. Stand alone, and stand together.

Be brave. Be patient. With time, you will grow."

I Listen to the wind, and it says:

"Breathe. Take care of yourself --

body, mind, and spirit. Take time. Be quiet.

Listen from your heart. Forgive."

I Listen to the sun, and it says:

"Nurture others. Let your warmth radiate

for others to feel. Give yourself withoutexpectations."

IListen to the creek, and it says:

"Relax; go with the flow. Tend to what's really important,

and let the rest go by. Keep moving --

don't be hesitant or afraid.

 Lighten up -- laugh, giggle."

I Listen to the mountains, and they say:

"Be there. Be honest. Be trustworthy.

Do what you say you're going to do.

Be true, genuine, and real. Speak from the heart.

Don't cheat."

I Listen to the birds, and they say:

"Set yourself free. Sing."

I Listen to the clouds, and they say:

"Be creative. Be expressive.

 Let your spirit run free.

Let yourself be light and gay,

but let yourself be heavy and sad.

Cry when you feel like it."

I Listen to the sky, and it says:

"Open up. Let go of the boundaries and barriers

which you have created to protect yourself.

Experience change. Fly.

" I Listen to the flowers and small plants, and they say:

"Be humble. Be simple.

Respect the beauty of small things.

Respect the beauty of humility and truth.

 Let go of perfectionism.

Love yourself as you are; it opens the door to change.

 Practice acceptance.

" I Listen to the bugs and flying insects,

and they say: "Work. Be productive. Use your hands.

Focus on what's in front of you.

Ignore the past; there is only the present.

" I Listen to the moon, and it says:

"Love. Share love. Make love. Be romantic --

touch and caress. Allow yourself to be loved.

Be gentle, kind, and understanding.

Use candles.

" I Listen to the stars, and they wink and say:

"Play. Dance, be silly, have fun."

I Listen to the earth, and it says:

"I am your mother. I give you life.

Respect all that is around you.

Find beauty in all things -- living and not

-- including yourself;

for we are all one -- not separate.

Be especially respectful to the very young

and the very old, for they are both very near God.

Give up the belief that you are a higher form of life;

there is no higher form of life.

We are equal because we are the same.

When you return to me, I will welcome you,

and I will set your spirit free.

Love and nurture your children;

cook good food for them,

and hold them very close to you often.

Hold me close to you often as well,

and I will hold you in return;

I will support you.

Have faith.

May your summer months be joyous and fun…

And above all, blessed with love,

Ma

Good Morning !

Little did I know when I started on the them of RELAXATION this month, I’d find so many things to post for you each morning. I guess it is a pretty important subject for all of us. And it’s not only for our bodies and minds, but our souls also. There will be only 2 more days of this topic and then we’ll be moving on to SUMMER.

July and August will pretty much be a hodgepodge of lots of different aspects of the season of Summer. Picnics, bugs, holidays, seashores, swimming, sunshine, and lots lots more.

With my weekends and vacation days off I don’t have an entry each day anymore, but there will still be lots to share with you. I have given up on trying to take the laptop to the campground, it’s just too much hassle to go down to the club house and use it. Maybe by next year they’ll be able to send the Wi-Fi up the hill to me.

I pretty much keep you posted on everything that goes on in my life anyway. It seems I have a rather short span of topics to tell about, but if you enjoy hearing about family, camping, and celebrations, I’ll have plenty to tell on those subjects.

I’ll be back Sunday evening with an update for you. You’ll all be in my thoughts and prayers.

THOUGHT FOR TODAY

 Going Too Fast

Live your life like the wind.

Speed up when necessary,

And know when to slow down.

Slow down when life pushes so hard and fast,

You cannot consume anymore air.

Slow down when you can't see

Where you're going

Or where you're coming from.

Take time to stop and realize

What you have right in front of you

When you cannot find what you're looking for.

When you cannot find what you want in someone else,

Look inside of yourself.

Don't sweat the small things,

And make the best of the big things.

Cherish the experiences you've had,

And use the lessons you've learned.

Our lives are rubber bands,

Bending and stretching to fit

Even the most awkward situations.

You can adapt to anything,

Regardless of its size or shape.

You just have to realize and use

What you have in your own hands

May your summer months be joyous and fun…

And above all, blessed with love,

Ma

Give us Lord, a bit o' sun,

A bit o' work and a bit o' fun;

Give us all in the struggle and sputter

Our daily bread and a bit o' butter.

From an inn in Lancaster, England

GOOD MORNING !

I hope your day is blessed with a bit o’ sun. We’ve got lots of rain in the forecast here. This weekend two more of my sons and their families will be joining us at the camper and I’m praying for sunshine for sure.

Having 7 little ones under the age 9 stuck in campers in the rain will not be much fun. We can’t do much about the weather so I best put the thinking cap on and try to come up with a few indoor things to occupy them should the worst happen.

They’ll be on their own when I return home Sunday evening and until I go back next Wednesday after work. I’m glad at least, that I’ll have the weekend and a few vacation days to spend with them

Summer is fun in the sun, but rain sure can put a damper on things.

It’s Wednesday and that means it’s OVER THE HUMP day. Tomorrow will be my last day of work this week as I’m off on Friday. I’ll have a nice 3 day weekend then work 3 days next week and be off for 4 more days. I’m thinking I’ll forget how to work …ha ha.

THOUGHT FOR TODAY

Open yourself to life's surprises.

Though a few will bring pain,

others will bring joys you never knew

you were missing.

You are never too old to find delight

in something new and unexpected.

And with each dawning day

a fresh supply arrives.

Relax

It’ll come together

God has everything

Under Control

Be still, and know that I am God…

 Psalm 46:10

Have you ever watched kids on a Merry-go-round?

Or listened to the rain as it patters on the ground?

Ever watched a butterfly's soft erratic flight?

Or watched as the setting sun fades into the night?

You'd better slow down and don't dance so fast.

You'll find time too short and the music wont last.

Do you rush through each day on the run, on the fly?

When you ask 'How are you?", do you hear the reply?

When the day is done, do you lay upon your bed,

With the next hundred chores running through your head?

You'd better slow down and don't dance so fast.

You'll find time too short and the music wont last.

Ever told your child,"We'll do that tomorrow"

And in your hurried state, not see his sorrow?

Ever lost touch and let old friendships die

Because you never had time to call and say "Hi!"

When you run so fast to get somewhere,

You miss half the fun of just getting there.

When you worry and hurry, all through your day,

It's like and unopened gift--

Just thrown away...

Life's not a race

DO take it slower.

Hear the music

Before the song is over.

Author Unknown

GOOD MORNING !

Every morning I start slow and easy with my good cup of coffee and the computer. I give myself an extra half hour just to do that. Sometimes I go a bit over and then have to rush around so I’m off to work on time. But it is worth getting up that half hour early for sure.

Monday brought us more rain showers but the next couple of days are supposed to be sunny. I got home from work and since the rain had stopped decided to do a little clipping on my bushes and vines around the front porch. They tend to grow so fast that if you don’t clip them they take over and outgrow the space they are allotted.

My next door sister got new electric hedge clippers for Mother’s Day and she gracefully let me use them. It sure made quick work of those bushes. After that I had to sit a spell and rest before I could go on with the evening chores. Wastebaskets all had to be emptied, bagged up and hauled out to the curb as rubbish day is today.

Today on my way home from work I need to stop and stock up on some groceries for the camper. It’s the only evening I’ll have time to do it as tomorrow evening I have a hair cut after work. I don’t usually take much food with me, but I’m trying to get a little extra for my son’s and their families that will be arriving at the camper on Saturday evening and then staying for a week. They’ll want other things and will go shopping too, but at least they’ll have a few of the necessities.

It’s always busy around my house for sure, that’s why I so appreciate the weekends.

THOUGHT FOR TODAY

Have regular hours for work and play;

make each day both useful and pleasant,

and prove that you understand the

worth of time by employing it well.

Then youth will be delightful,

old age will bring few regrets,

and life will become a beautiful success.

Relax

It’ll come together

God has everything

Under Control

Be still, and know that I am God… Psalm 46:10

Can you stop the Earth from spinning?

Can you stop the progression of the seasons?

As preposterous as it may sound, many people try, at least with their own lives. The Earth spins, and we have day and night. A time for effort, and a time for rest. The slightly tilted Earth orbits the sun, and we have the seasons of the year.

A time for planting, for growing, for harvesting, and for rest. The cycle of effort and rest is deeply ingrained in the world around us, and in us as well. A good night's sleep makes for a good day's work. And a day full of effort, makes for a good night's sleep.

Get too far off in either direction -- work with no rest, or rest with no work -- and your efforts become useless. You cannot avoid the need for balance any more than you can stop the Earth from spinning.

Work hard, rest well, and enjoy the optimum performance that comes from a well balanced life.

Ralph Marston

GOOD MORNING !

I hope your weekend was a good one.  Heaven only knows I should be ‘in balance’ today after my nice relaxing weekend. I’ve had more opportunity for rest this summer than I’ve had in a really long time.

Saturday morning I even managed to sleep in until 9:00. I got up about 6:30 in the morning and had my cup of good coffee and read a little of my book and then as I was a bit chilly crawled back under the covers and went back to sleep.

I woke up to the sound of knocking on my camper door as my grand’babes’ came checking on Grand’ma’ to make sure I was ok. I never sleep in like that and they were worried about me. I guess I needed the extra rest and I felt so good when I woke up.

I’m back to work today, which is just as necessary as the sleep in was to keep me in balance and my checkbook in balance as well. Those weekends sure do go by fast.

THOUGHT FOR TODAY

Every time you smile at someone, it is an action of love, a gift to that person, a beautiful thing.’

Mother Teresa

A smile may seem small and almost insignificant and yet its impact can last a lifetime. We all know a genuine smile when we see it, radiating the inner beauty of the person within. Sadly we don’t seem to be smiling as much today.

One can call it busyness, worry or stress but it seems we have forgotten the power of a smile. Maybe forgotten is the wrong word but we certainly need to smile more. We need to allow the simplicity and beauty of a smile to express the Divine within.

We need to allow it to touch others and never to underestimate its beauty. Even when we’re stuck for words in the great mystery of life from joy to great sadness, a smile can often be better than a thousand words.

Fr. James McSweeny-Today is my gift to you

May your summer months be joyous and fun…

And above all, blessed with love,

Psalm 23:1-2

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. In verdant pastures he gives me repose; Beside restful waters he leads me; he refreshes my soul.

The resful waters to which he leads us is the quiet joy and interior peace of his abiding presence. We are his sheep. As our Shepherd, he knows that sheep are fearful of rapid-running water; hence he nurtures us in the quiet, prayerful solitude of our own heart.

Take all of the precious days of your life and use them to bring more joy, love, and oneness with God to this world. Life is short. Don't miss a moment of it.

Joseph J. Mazzella

GOOD EVENING !

I’m back home once more and refreshed and renewed for another work week. This weekend was a stormy one and we were confined to our campers more than once when a thunderstorm would pass by. But there were times of sunshine and blue skies too, so it was not a complete wash out.

AOL pictures are not working for me right now so I'll try and add them tomorrow.  We were able to sit around the campfire both Friday and Saturday evenings too. Those lightning bugs are still lighting up in the tree tops and the stars were out for awhile too.

I’ve been eating so well that I think I’m putting on weight instead of loosing it. I get a little more exercise than I would at home, but I eat much better than I would at home by myself.

The temperature was a little cooler than the past few weekends. I suppose all the rain made the difference. Just when I thought it was time to retire the sweatshirt and pants for the summer, I had to dig them back out Saturday evening.

They had a band at the club house and they played 50/60’s kind of music. They weren’t very good, but the tunes sure brought back memories as I hadn’t heard them in a long long time. We only stayed there a short while because by then the rain had stopped and we wanted to enjoy the campfire.

Today DS#5 and his wife joined us for a visit and the boys went golfing early this morning. I went to church alone as everyone else was either still sleeping or didn’t feel like going.

Whether I’m camping or at home if there is a church accessible I will go. I think it is so much a part of my life that I would miss it dearly if I couldn’t go.

It was nice til after lunch when the grand babes wanted to go swimming. Just as everyone loaded up to go to the pool another thunderstorm rolled in and pretty much the rest of the afternoon was the same. They were very disappointed that they could go as they are really fond of the water, but there will be lots of other days ahead that they will be able to swim.

All is quiet here at the homefront except for the neighbors a few doors down at the back of us are having a party in their back yard. I think they will get rained out too.

It’ll be back to work tomorrow but it will only be a 4 day work week so that should be just fine.

THOUGHT FOR TODAY

You'll benefit from taking time out to clear

your mind daily and celebrate the moment.

Center in on the blue sky or clouds,

feel the sun on your face or the raindrops...

look at the grass the trees,

or the people going by

Breath in the fresh air and smell the flowers

It will ground you and

put everything back into perspective

May your summer months be joyous and fun…

And above all, blessed with love,

Ma

We grown-ups don't have enough fun.

I think it's because we get more out of practice

with every passing year.

Our bosses, our insurance companies,

credit bureaus and the IRS

aren't exactly "playmates," after all.

Now my children, on the other hand —

who don't yet know the process of growing up

is like climbing the stairs of self-denial —

approach life is if everything that's not

"play" is just an interruption.

Where I see a yard full of dead leaves

and a wasted Saturday... they see joyous revelry.

Where I see unproductive hours in front

of a video game or TV screen,

they see a whole new world.

Both are true, of course, but,

their perspective is a lot more fun than mine.

Reed Galin

GOOD MORNING !

It is so true ! We don’t have enough fun. We try to take on the everyday tasks ahead and forget to throw in some FUN time. I am getting better and better at it for sure, but I still have a long way to go.

If we could see through the eyes of a child where things are simple and uncomplicated, life would be more enjoyable. I think it is the main reason we all love being with and watching children. Their SMILES can brighten just about any day.

The weekend starts after work for me as I’ll head for the campground and there will be 3 lovely little ones waiting for me. DS#1 and his family started their weekend one day early and are already there.

Out of all my grand’babes’ I now see these 3 the most, but it doesn’t mean they are more loved or appreciated than any of the others; they are just more available since I started camping with them. And I am so glad I’ve the opportunity to be there.

Next weekend there will be 4 more of my grand’babes’ join us and on the 4th of July there will be 3 more come in for the day. Every one is meeting and or staying at the campground for our grand family reunion.

It is FRIDAY and Friday’s are always good days, so I’ll be off to work with a ***BIG SMILE*** for sure. I’ll see you all on Sunday evening with an update of the weekend and of course a few quotes or poems .

Chillax ! Relax and Enjoy !

THOUGHT FOR TODAY

There are no diamonds

if coal is not crushed and heated...

There is no oil,

if olives are not squeezed...

No wine, if grapes are not pressed...

No perfume, if flowers are not crushed...

Have you felt any pressure in life today?

Don't worry...

God is just bringing out the best in you!

May your summer months be joyous and fun…

And above all, blessed with love,

seem larger than they really are.

Prayer works.

And have faith that with time,

what you are worrying about will work itself out

GOOD MORNING !

Many of you will remember my saying BRRRCHILL when it was freezing cold during the winter…well here is another new word for you.

The good folk at Merriam-Webster Dictionary have compiled a list of "Favorite Top Ten" words that are not in the dictionary, following a very unofficial and unscientific survey of its web site visitors. Here's just one from the list --

Chillax: Relax, chill. Take it easy.

We can often make our selves sick with worry and stress, but if we take the time to CHILLAX for just a bit, things can look a whole lot better for sure.

If my today were to be exactly how I would like it to be, it probably wouldn't be much like the today I'm going to have. There would be much more free time for writing and reading and doing things that are more hobbies than work, but my life is as it is.

We need to choose wisely what stuff we're going to allow to take up that time we have. Life is short--we all know that. We may get overwhelmed by what's going on in our lives unless we learn to choose wisely

THOUGHT FOR TODAY

Guard well your spare moments.

They are like uncut diamonds.

Discard them and their value will never be known.

Improve them and they will become

the brightest gems in a useful life.

Relax

It’ll come together

God has everything

Be still, and know that I am God…

Psalm 46:10

When we feel we have nothing left to give

And we are sure that the song has ended

When our day seems over and the shadows fall

And the darkness of night has descended,

Where can we go to find the strength

To valiantly keep on trying,

Where can we find the hand that will dry

The tears that the heart is crying?

There's but one place to go and that is to God

And, dropping all pretense and pride,

We can pour out our problems without restraint

And gain strength from Him at our side,

And together we stand at life's crossroads

And view what we think is the end

But God has a much bigger vision

And He tells us it's only a bend

For the road goes on and is smoother

And the "pause in the song" is a rest

And the part that's unsung and unfinished

Is the sweetest and richest and best

So rest and relax and grow stronger

Let go and let God share your load

Your work is not finished or ended,

You've just come to a "bend in the road."

THE END OF THE ROAD IS

BUT A BEND IN THE ROAD

By Helen Steiner Rice

GOOD MORNING!

The poem above is one of my favorites. I’ve been at the bend in the road and felt just like it says. I’ve thought my life was over, but not so ! I’m still here. I had to take a large detour on that road and find my way back again.

I guess I still have work that’s not finished so I’m still cruising along . We just never know what bends we might have to make before we continue our journey.

I certainly never planned on being in an office 40 hours a week and living by myself. I had totally different plans for sure. One thing I’ve learned is that youcan make all the plans in the world but rarely do they go just like you think they should.

Life goes on and new plans are made and broken too. It seems a continuous expedition that never stops, just goes on and on. I guess that is why I think it is so important to refuel – relax – and take time out.

It’s OVER THE HUMP day and after today, just two more days of work and my rest will begin.

THOUGHT FOR TODAY

The following proverb was collected by a first grade teacher over the year. She gave her classes part of an old proverb and let them fill in the rest.

An idle mind is . . .

the best way to relax.

Relax

God has everything

Under Control

Be still, and Know that I am God…

Psalm 46:10

Life is short.

Each year passes more quickly than the previous one.

It’s easy to deny yourself many of life’s simple

pleasures because you want to be practical.

Forget about practical and decide i

nstead to become a joy collector.

Always be on the lookout for gifts without ribbons.

God is strewing them across your path right now.

His gifts come tagged with a note:

“Life can be wonderful. Do your best not to miss it!”

Enjoy what it is before it isn’t anymore. . . .

Dare to slip on a pair of bunny slippers once in a while!

Surprise yourself!

Enjoy the little things because one day you’ll look back

and realize they were the big things!

Barbara Johnson

GOOD MORNING !

Be aware of ‘gifts without ribbons’

I like that expression. We do receive lots of gifts that are not found in boxes and not tied up with pretty ribbons. The gift of a SMILE would be one for sure and how about a HUG? Lots and lots of gifts come in absolutely no packaging whatsoever.

You and I probably don’t own a pair of bunny slippers, but I’ve got flip flops for the summer and warm fuzzy socks galore for the winter. Slipping them on is like a mini vacation. Instantly my feet relax and so do the rest of me.

The office I work in is a relaxed casual office and I can even where my flip flops there too. So even if the rest of me is working, my feet are relaxing just fine. Matter of fact my feet are on a ‘trip to beach’ often. So even though I go off to work each day there are lots of little ‘gifts’ that give me moments of relaxation too. I just have to remember take pleasure in them.

Monday went by pretty quickly as it was busy; however, it took half the day to convince my brain we were back to work. Work doesn’t really slow down til Thursday and Friday. Two more of our men are now back to work. They’d been laid off since shortly after the first of the year. Thankfully our work is increasing and with the good weather, will only get busier and busier.

After several days of tropical like weather, our temps are supposed to cool down a bit today and be in the low 70’s. That is just about perfect weather for me. Right now it is only 59 degrees so before I go off to work I'd better put a jacket on.

THOUGHT FOR TODAY

Let us spend one day as deliberately as nature, and not be thrown off the track by every nutshell and mosquito’s wing that falls on the rails.

Let us rise early and fast, or break fast, gently and without perturbation. . . . Let us not be upset and overwhelmed in that terrible rapid whirlpool . . . .

If the engine whistles, let it whistle till it is hoarse for its pains. If the bell rings, why should we run?

Henry David Thoreau

May your summer months be joyous and fun…

And above all, blessed with love,

Ma

BOOK 08, CHAPTER 6, PAGE 16

Relax

It’ll come together

God has everything

Under Control

Be still, and know that I am God… Psalm 46:10

Relax and enjoy

The world will wind you up into a tight little ball if you let it.

Don't let it.

Relax and enjoy the ever-changing flow of being alive.

There's no point in working yourself into a frenzy about anything.

The more uptight you are, the more mistakes you make.

Relax, stop taking everything so seriously,

and you'll find that you're vastly more effective.

Put a big, authentic and friendly smile on your face.

Put some delightful positive thoughts in your mind.

The worst that could happen will almost certainly not happen.

And even if it does, you'll find a way to handle it.

Live with passion and purpose while

letting go of the tension and anxiety.

Relax and enjoy every moment as it comes,

and you'll be giving the world your very best.

Ralph Marston

GOOD MONDAY MORNING !

Here I am drinking my good coffee and trying to give my very best this morning ! I’ll be off to work soon and it’ll be a busy day with payroll and catching up on what I missed by not working on Friday. I can’t imagine that will be much though as everything was caught up on Thursday when I left work.

I managed to get some more rays of sunshine this past weekend and am beginning to feel the warmth spreading through these tired old bones. It sure make me feel better for sure. I may not look better, but feeling good is more important to me.

I almost didn’t put the picture in this journal of me in my swim suit yesterday as it shows all those accumulated pounds I put on this past year or so. We maybe more like in the past 5 years. I haven’t got much exercise and it shows for sure. But I did anyway as I thought it shows me doing what I like to do.

This month my journal is all about relaxing and I’ve been doing a great job of it!!!

I know it’ll be a great day !

I hope yours is a great one too !
